Haggai with his final prophecy, helps show us the error of our past consideration of our present and the hope of our future.

While we build a defense against indifference, there will come a big problem. That problem is discouragement. How can we defend against discouragement, and what should we do with it? 

The people respond to Haggai's message. They show us how we can put the best building block against spiritual indifference: obedience to Christ. 

God uses the prophet Haggai to share a message taht the Jews had become indifferent. The Church can be the same way so we need to consider our ways.
